As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Head of FP&A who will drive the finance org to the next level and who will report to the CFO.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills for budgeting & forecasting, combined with strong attention to detail
  • Broad range of capabilities, including being an executor who can communicate problems and their solutions
  • Ability to take high-level strategic perspectives while not being afraid to delve into the details of specific analyses
  • Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels of an organization
  • High degree of financial and analytical process leadership and business acumen
  • Ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience
  • Experience establishing, implementing, and adhering to process improvement initiatives within a high-growth environment

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Financial Budgeting process partnering with business and functional Heads.
  • Produce and explain Revenue and Expense forecast (rolling and point in time) reports, and peer analysis.
  • Develop and track performance metrics, create C-level presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management.
  • Drive forward looking processes including annual budget plan, monthly outlooks, and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Build and manage a sophisticated FP&A infrastructure to translate company specific, as well as external industry data, into the key strategic inputs and insights that will drive forward-thinking business decisions in support of growth.
  • Support management team with data-driven analysis. Manage and participate in the analysis and interpretation of operating results, prepare executive reports, and analyze financial effects of various contemplated actions.
  • Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as revenues, expenditures, and margins. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
  • Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert assistance to Accounting staff as required
  • Build and develop a high performing team.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • To be successful you should be able to implement the vision for the finance organization and help create a scalable future-proof lean team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or similar fields. 
  • CPA/ M.B.A. or master’s degree in finance is a plus
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a financial management and operations functions at  fast-growing companies; experience with SaaS businesses strongly preferred
